The conference venue (Neues Institutsgebäude [NIG], Universitätstrasse 7) is close to the underground and tram stations Rathaus (500m), Schottentor (300m) and Landesgerichtsstraße (50m) which all have escalators and lifts as well as stairs, or are overground. There is disabled parking on the sides of the NIG building in Rathausstrasse and Ebendorferstrasse, a few meters from the front and back entrances of the conference venue:

The building’s back entrance is step-free and has an automatic door. The ground floor has a tactile orientation system. Access to all floors is possible with the large main lift, which is at the front of the building. There are some smaller lifts that can take walking persons or slimmer manual wheelchairs.
